“A little bit about me!”
Hi! I’m Lauren Wolanski, and I'm an accredited professional coach as well as a public speaking and communication consultant. I have worked with professionals across a variety of industries and companies including Instacart, Intact Insurance, JAAG Properties, Optimum Retailing, Rogers Communications, Roseland Group, Safetech Environmental, Scotiabank, and Shaw Media. Raised in Toronto, I am a graduate of the University of Toronto's joint program with Sheridan College for Theatre and Drama Studies, where I received an Honours Bachelor of Arts in theatre with a minor in English, and a diploma in acting. I received my coach training at ADLER Graduate Professional School, and attained my coaching certification (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation. As a member of the ICF, I am committed to upholding the highest standards of professional coaching. My approach is rooted in helping clients command the room, foster genuine connections, and leave a lasting impact—whether addressing a boardroom, leading a team, or delivering a keynote speech.
The skills honed in the theatre—presence, articulation, storytelling, and adaptability—are the same tools that transform speakers into leaders. Through my coaching, I empower individuals to refine their communication, project confidence, and connect with their audience in meaningful ways.
“Public speaking and leadership go hand in hand.”
Public speaking is more than just delivering words—it’s about embodying leadership, fostering trust, and inspiring action. Leadership and communication are deeply interconnected; one cannot truly thrive without the other.
In my coaching, I focus on helping clients harness their unique strengths to become confident, authentic, and impactful speakers. By developing skills such as presence, emotional intelligence, and clarity, you’ll learn to communicate in a way that motivates and resonates with your audience. Whether you’re leading a team, presenting an idea, or navigating everyday interactions, the ability to speak with purpose and connection is a game-changer.
